What does Maci Intelligence measure?
IoT sensors on your system measure compressor current, pressure, temperature and vibration. The readings are sent encrypted over MQTT to the Maci platform, where the AI compares them with how that specific system normally behaves.
How far ahead can Maci warn me?
Typically weeks before a breakdown. How early depends on the fault: gradual wear shows up long before a failure, while some faults develop faster.
Do I need to replace my refrigeration system?
No. A certified technician fits the sensors to the systems you already have.
How do I receive alerts?
In the Maci app, by SMS and by email. Alerts are graded critical, warning or info, and you can set up escalation so the next person is notified if an alert isn't handled.
What's the difference between Maci Intelligence and Maci Service?
Maci Intelligence is the IoT and AI platform that predicts failures. Maci Service is a free module that gives every system a QR/NFC tag with its data and service history. Premium adds the F-gas logbook, regulatory reporting and ESG reports for DKK 299/month excl. VAT. Use Service on its own or together with Intelligence.
Can Maci connect to our BMS or SCADA?
Yes. Maci has an API and webhooks for integration with BMS, SCADA and ERP systems. Tell us what you run and we'll walk you through the options.
Is our data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in the EU and handled in line with GDPR. We sign a data processing agreement with every customer.
